Happy Monday!
Well, this week we have done a ton of service! We have shoveled more
snow, painted people's houses, and made cookies for all our less
actives!
It is so funny being back in my old Ward! I am surprised (too) at
how many people actually remember me. The nice thing is, that everyone
is so impressed at how well my Spanish is now, compared to when I first
started my mission and could barely say anything. It is so great to
see the progress that has been made here, such a blessing.
Some sad news this week, is that this one couple that the Elders were
working with in my last Ward just realized that they don't live in
their area, they live in my new area! So sad--they loved the Ward and
had so many friends there. Fortunately they understand that they
cannot get baptized in that Ward, and hopefully our Ward will step up
and make them feel even more loved in this Ward. The good news is that
I have taught them before, so at least they have one familiar face
here. So it is a bitter sweet feeling now that I get to teach them.
On a funnier note, the elders that live in our apartments thought it
would be funny to prank us and to build a snowman right in front of
our door so we couldn't get in! We called them and made them take it
down, we are so tired of shoveling!
I still love being a missionary, and I can't wait for all the miracles
we will see these next few transfers!

Well--this week's email was definitely short (they keep getting shorter and shorter,) but I know she is busy, doing well and loving the work! I only got the two photos this week of the "prank" so also posted a cute one from last week of all the Hermanas! I love the prank the Elders played on them, and I think its pretty funny that the girls made the Elders come back to take it down for them!
Until next week!
