This week was pretty great!
We had transfers, but luckily I'm still in Little River with Hna Rasmussen! We are so excited to see miracles these next six weeks!
This week, one of the highlight was getting to play volleyball with our investigator Ronald and his brothers near a lake! It was super fun, and it helped him see that we are just regular people that like having fun too!
The greatest this week was going to the Temple Visitor's Center with our investigator Monica and her family this week! She loved it and we were able to set a baptismal date for her! YAY!! Even though she is only 10, she is so ready to be baptized. She is also such a great example for her family! Last Sunday her family came to church, but were going to leave early. She asked if she could stay at church the whole time because she loved it so much! aww!!
This week has been pretty hot and humid, I almost forgot how bad it gets here. However, on Friday it was raining a ton, but then a HUGE rainbow came out! It was cool to think about the beauty here in Virginia and how God created everything (especially nature) for us to enjoy!
I can't remember much else from this week, but it was a good one!
Love you all and hope you have a great week too!!

Oh, I love hearing about her mission! BUT, I am a little partial, as I am her Mother! I LOVE the TOAD photo--she's holding the toad in one hand and watermelon in the other! I wouldn't be surprised if she was trying to feed the toad the watermelon! A true animal/creature lover! AND, I can tell it's humid in Virginia just by looking at Ashley's curly hair!!!
I can't believe Ashley only has six weeks left until she comes home! It will definitely be something bitter sweet--sad to not have these wonderful mission letters and experiences continue, but happy to have her back and to enjoy seeing her move on with life's adventures!
We have only five Mondays/emails left before Ashley returns! The countdown continues! Until next week. . .
